1000kW Induction pipe coating line had finished installation and commission and start production. This is particularly applicable for high-speed continuous line pipe preheating prior to coating. Coating diameter is from 24” to 36”.
Pipe preheating by induction saves space with a short zone heating, the precise and uniform heating at the surface of pipe improves the quality of coating process. Induction heating for pipe coating us more effective, cost-efficient heating.
